All inserts will be engraved with their tone boards model/cut unless specified by clicking “No Engravings,” which will tell us you want a blank insert with no logo or engraving. If you had a unique engraving, you might need to call the shop to request a replacement with the correct engraving on it. Yes, the picture shows uncut inserts. Your insert will be cut before being shipped.
