Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday, unless the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx are closed. Echo Calls is not responsible for damage received to products during shipping. The mail services are held accountable for damages on products during shipping.

Returns

We will accept the returns of our Acrylic or Wood Calls within 90 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Our PolyCarbonate Calls have a lifetime warranty so there is no return cut off date. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Echo Calls is not responsible for calls that have been dropped, mishandled, aftermarket modifications, or placed improperly on a lanyard. All of Echo’s calls include free retuning for life but require 8 dollars to cover return shipping.
